Found a bug or need help? We'd love to hear from you. As an early version of Quilt Logger, there may be occasional rough edges — and your feedback is invaluable in helping us find and fix them quickly. We're actively improving the platform, and every report helps us make it better for the entire community.
The fastest way to reach us is through the built-in feedback form. Our support team will reply to the email address you signed up with.
Using the Feedback Form#
- Click the Feedback button in the footer of any page
- Fill out the form and submit

Writing a Good Bug Report#
Include: what happened, what you expected, steps to reproduce, when it started, and your browser/device. Screenshots of error messages are extremely helpful.

- Email: support@quiltlogger.com — best for login issues, billing questions, or if you can't access the app
- Include your name, account email, and a detailed description of the issue
Response Times#

| Critical | 2–4 hours |
| High | 24 hours |
| Medium | 48 hours |
| Low | 3–5 business days |
For critical issues (system unusable, data loss, or security concerns), submit feedback with Critical priority and email support@quiltlogger.com with "URGENT" in the subject line.
