Activity Log
The Activity Log is a running record of everything that happens in your Quilt Logger account — customers added, quilts updated, invoices created, and more. Open it from Profile → Activity.
What's Tracked#
Each entry shows a plain-language description of the action, the date/time, and the related customer, quilt, or invoice. Entries are listed newest first.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Customers | Created, deleted, restored, imported |
| Quilts | Created, completed, deleted, restored, imported |
| Invoices | Created, sent, updated, status changed, payment recorded, voided |
Managing Entries#
Entries are logged automatically, but you can remove them:
- Delete Entry: Each row has a Delete Entry action to remove a single log entry
- Clear All History: The Clear All History button removes all log entries at once
Trash & Restore#
The activity screen also includes a trash panel for recovering recently deleted records. From here you can restore recently deleted quilts, customers, invoices, and conversations.
Tips#
- Use it to confirm actions went through, review recent changes, or maintain a time-stamped business record
- Check the trash panel if you need to recover something you deleted by mistake
