Activity Log
The Activity Log is a running record of everything that happens in your Quilt Logger account — customers added, quilts updated, invoices created, and more. Access it by clicking Activity in the top menu.
What's Tracked#
Each entry shows a plain-language description of the action, the date/time, and the related customer, quilt, or invoice. Entries are listed newest first.

| Quilts | Created, status changed, updated, deleted |
| Invoices | Created, payment recorded, voided |
| Settings | Account settings updated |
| Communications | Email sent, SMS sent |
Filters#
- Action type: All, Created, Updated, or Deleted
- Date range: Narrow to a specific time period
Tips#
- The log is automatic and permanent — entries cannot be manually added or removed
- Use it to confirm actions went through, review recent changes, or maintain a time-stamped business record
- If you don't see an expected entry, try adjusting or clearing your filters
